Our beloved Dave Steinberg, who has served as coach and fearless leader of the team for over 30 years, is retiring at the end of this year. To celebrate his incredible legacy, we are organizing a UM Debate Team reunion to be hosted on May 16th, 2026, at the place where it all began!

We are set to have a formal banquet the evening of the 16th, but we are also gauging interest for a few other potential events including a cocktail reception on the 15th and a brunch followed by a campus tour on the 16th.
